Our wine corner & aperitifs
Our wine cellar is constantly evolving, with an emphasis on Swiss wines and of course Valais wines.
For taste, the Vieux Chalet offers its customers a wide selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wines (but not only). The restaurant's ethics naturally lead it to turn to virtuous producers.
French, Italian and Spanish favourites are also offered.
A variety of wine tasting by the glass is proposed for your aperitifs, to accompany your tapas, or simply for the curious who would like to discover our treasures.
But you will also be able to discover other beverages meticulously chosen to match the food such as prestigious Sake, local and/or rare beer, cocktails and home-made preparations.
