Our menu

Always striving to reinvent themselves, they offer a unique menu concept:

Renewed every three weeks according to the season's products, they invite you to travel in their epicurean universe. Most of the vegetables come from Bioterroir in Bramois, the meat is mostly Swiss or French, the fish is usually from the lake or river.

With a real taste for discovery and good products, they also offer you a fine Tapas menu.

Don't hesitate to come and taste falafels, West Indian accras, croquetas, local and Iberian charcuterie and many other delights with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

Our menu can be adapted for vegetarians, gluten-free and lactose-free people, subject to 24-hour notice.
