Our team

Cléo, who fell into a pot at the age of 13, is driven by a true passion and vocation for gastronomy.

Trained respectively in French hotel schools in cooking, pastry, and bartending, she perfected her career by working in starred restaurants, including the RESTAURANT LE TAILLEVENT in Paris, LE JARDIN DES SENS des FRÈRES POURCEL in Montpellier.

She will tell you with pleasure her story to the rhythm and the liking of the plates and the meal...

To the requirement, the rigor and the quality, its basic credo, are added the audacity, the inventiveness and the creativity to make of your visit a true gastronomic discovery with the perfumes, the colors and the flavours of the world in the hope that your papillae will keep a moved memory of it.

Creator of Le Vieux Chalet since December 2018, she is very quickly aware of the magical moments that a table promises and quickly becomes passionate about cooking with a special focus on fusion cuisine, exotic flavors mixed with local products and traditional French cooking techniques.

She plays with colors, textures and flavors to offer you beautiful gustatory adventures.

After an experience at Michel GUÉRARD 3* Michelin, l'Hôtellerie de Levernois 1* Michelin, L'Auberge au boeuf 1* Michelin in Alsace particularly in pastry, he now cultivates his creativity at the Vieux Chalet.

Conscientious, precise, original and creative, Alice does her utmost to create dishes that will amaze your taste buds, thanks to her experience in the events industry, her participation in the Best Apprentices of France competition and her travels to the four corners of the world.

Hyperactive, when she's not at work, she can be found ski-touring to the top of a mountain, or climbing a cliff with both hands. Alice is the quiet force of the team!

Lisa Djelloul

Lisa puts her heart and soul into every dish, and shows a certain talent in the art of sublimating each dish with judicious choices of wine, cocktail and other beverage pairings.

Always eager to learn and perfect her knowledge, she also makes a point of offering our guests a pleasant and memorable experience on every visit.

Outside of work, she expresses her curiosity through travel and her artisan talent through macramé jewelry-making.
